Hi, my name is Kati Kuula, breeder of the Blue Creek's dogs. 

As a profession, I help people to make their dreams come true and besides loving, breeding and showing dogs, I like to watch football (Go MyPa!) and travel. Travelling usually has something to do with dogs as well!

You're mostly welcome to meet Blue Creek's Pekingese. Our first Pekingese litter was born in 2003 and we are hoping for our fifth one in early 2009. Earlier I bred Eurasier and some Samoyed litters too.


I fell in love with Pekingese in 2001, when Ch Mallen Theodora Kay, Viola, came to our lives. We just went only to take a look at the puppies, I wasn't ever going to take a dog with a flatface. Well, as we all know, a dog person should never say never...
 

 

Glance at past

Year 1988, when I was 12 years old, one of my biggest dreams came true. I got my first dog, Samoyed male Ch Jenathan Lännenlokari. With Lokari we got interested in showing, and the whole family had fallen in love with this stubborn, strong willed dog after surviving his teenage years :). Lokari had a friend in 1990 from an Eurasier bitch Ch Filia, from France. With Filia we began our breeding, Filia is the foundation brood of all Blue Creek's Eurasiers (10 litters), our lion queen.

Love to one of the most beautiful things in the world, to Samoyd, brought another big love to my life,  Int & Fin & Est & Lux Ch EuW-96 LuxW-96 Humoresque Jet Yacuzzi, Jatsi (in the picture, at the age of 10 years), who is behind almost every Samoyed, that I've bred (6 litters).

 

Blue Creek's dogs today

Today's breeding concentrates in Pekingese, I don't have any Eurasier or Samoyed litter planned for now. Our wonderful grand old ladies, Filia's daughter Flirtti (Int & Fin Ch, WW98 B.C. Flirtatitous Finn), granddaughter Cola (Ch B.C. Iwona Imacolada) and Jatsi's daughter Aida (B.C. Harmony Sister) and granddaughter Oodi (B.C. Sister Sonata) are taking care of the part of "big" dogs in our lives and dogs bred by us and their offspring are still going strong in rings, training fields and on couches.  Our dogs live in two addresses, some of them at my parents' place in Lapinjärvi and some (little ones) with me in Kouvola.

I'll add Eurasier & Samoyed information at some point. In the news I tell updates on all my breeds, past and present.

was given me in 2005 for breeding excellent Eurasiers. Our first Eurasier litter was born in 1992 and our last for now in 2004.
